SERVICE BREAKDOWN

Contract Inspections

A complete inspection of the existing play area.					
A maximum of two hours is allocated to this and will include if required….				
	Minor works.					
	Tensioning of netting.				
	Tightening of nuts, bolts, screws etc.				
	Minor netting repairs.				
	Minor repairs to PVC.				

Site check for Child Safety.					
This will include any potential hazards within the immediate area around the structure such as….

	Unpadded walls					
	Accessible wiring					
	Possible trip hazards					
	The site Manager will be made aware of any concerns before the Engineer leaves the site. 
	A list of all of any other works recommended will be quoted for.

SERVICE  BREAKDOWN					
					
EMERGENCY Maintenance Calls & Reactive Maintenance Calls			
					
A visit to deal with a specific problem.					
	This will allow normally two hours and will include.		
	Making good if possible.					
	The sign off sheet will state materials used and time on site.				
	Making area safe if not possible to repair.					
	Reporting any additional problems.				
	A list of any other work required as a quote.					
					
									
Accepted Quoted Works					
					
	All materials will be shipped and must be collected before work is booked in.	
	Complete work as per quotation.					
	A list of any other works required when on site.				
	The site Manager will have to sign the work order as completed and acknowledge any additional works completed.

EMERGENCY Ball Cleans & Contract Ball Cleans					
					
	Play Area must be closed.				
	Set up machine, to empty the ball pool.				
	As bags become full, secure top and place out of the way.				
	Hoover or sterilize bottom of ball pool.				
	Wipe down ground bars in ball pool.				
	Return balls to ball pit.			
	Area must be left for a minimum of 2 hrs in order for the cleaning solution to evaporate (notice provided)
	If the ball level is low the Manager will be informed and a quote will be provided to top up the 
	ball pool to the required level.

Structure Cleans					
					
	Play Area must be closed.				
	The complete cleans include a ball clean.				
	Each structure is different so a plan of action would be agreed when a site has been visited.
